Sunday, January 3, 2010. Work almost finished in Rugerero. Work has been slow and steady over the past few months. To date there have been 27 latrines replaced and 10 latrines fixed in the past 18 months. The plan now is to complete the remaining 5 latrines repairs by January 15th, 2010!
